 This property is less than 2 miles from  Peacock Springs, home to the United States largest string of underwater caves. The northern part of Florida has the largest concentration of fresh water springs more than anywhere else in the country, some of which are considered first magnitude, meaning they produce over 64 million gallons of fresh water daily. Tubing, Canoeing, Boating, Hiking, Hunting & Biking  are all activities that are within minutes from your front door.  The nearest public boat ramp at the Suwannee river is 1 mile and the current Rails to Trails program is working hard to complete a beautiful vast stretch of biking and hiking pathways.
